Jasmine Thompson is a 15-year-old singer songwriter from London. She is half Chinese and half British, attributing to the uniqueness of her look. Jasmine has built a fan base of millions through her YouTube channel, Tantrum Jas, which has over 1,900,000 subscribers and over 381 million views. She rapidly gained support when her acoustic reworking of Chaka Khan’s “Ain’t Nobody” made number 32 on the UK Singles Chart after being featured in an advert for supermarket chain Sainsbury’s. Jasmine’s voice, work ethic and personality reveal a much older soul, attracting a surprisingly vast audience globally. “Ain’t Nobody” has now been re-worked by world renowned DJ Felix Jaehn and is slated to be his next big international hit.
Her release with Robin Schulz, “Sun Goes Down” has hit number one in over 20 countries and continues to gain momentum around the world. Coming off her first major label release on Atlantic Records, “Adore”, Jasmine is positioned to be the next UK superstar following the footsteps of many of her idols, including Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith.
